The batch filling controller system is composed of a quantitative control box, a flow meter, an electromagnetic valve and a pump. It has three quantitative methods: controlling the pump, controlling the valve and simultaneously controlling the pump and the electromagnetic valve. It is suitable for quantitative water addition, quantitative material issuance and quantitative filling sites. The button-operated quantitative control box features simple operation with one-touch start and reset, supports RS485 and 4-20mA signal input, cumulative report query, and can be customized as an explosion-proof model.
