Oval gear flow meter is a volumetric flow meter used for precise measurement of high-viscosity liquids (such as lubricating oil, asphalt, and fuel oil), with typical accuracy reaching ±0.5% or 0.2%. It has many advantages such as pure mechanical structure design, capable of operation without power supply (except for models with signal output), suitable for explosion-proof or power-limited environments. It is applicable to flow measurement in Petrochemical industry: Trade settlement of crude oil, fuel oil and lubricating oil, Food and medicine: Filling and measurement of high-viscosity liquids such as syrup and chocolate.This flow meter is equipped with a pointer and a character wheel accumulation device, which can directly display the cumulative flow and instantaneous flow passing through the pipeline on site. The flow meter’s main body can be manufactured in cast iron, stainless steel to suit diverse liquids.
